New year’s Eve is a scary thought, always have been and always will be. It feels like the 10 seconds count down is a simulation of you dying and with each count, a snippet of your life flashes in front of you. Usually it goes like this… 10- what a fucking loser, 9- what a fucking big ass loser 8- what a helpless fucking loser etc.. etc.. etc.. 1 – here we go again, you fucking loser.
What a drama! I am too “mature AKA scarred” now to give an optimistic egotistical accomplishment list. the reality is we are approaching the end of this year in chaos, in anxiety and in utter brain defying madness. We are puppets to the regime (we don’t even know which one), we are weak because we have been stripped out of each and every natural instinct, but civilization is fake so, Hello Karens, hello world!
I am not really sure if we will live to see another year, therefore, I can’t be bothered to write my own resolutions. The ones I wrote last year I am currently using as scrap paper, cry paper and a joke paper.
So instead, here is a list of words that stuck with me through out the years. Maybe I will survive another year to add to them, or hate all of them or maybe I wont. Cheers!
